DEIA Music Project

Expanding our knowledge and experience of the music of the world, and the many cultures and communities within it.

We are always seeking to expand our knowledge and experience of the music of the world, and the many cultures and communities within it. Our goal is to learn more about these diverse musical voices ourselves and share them with our community.

Beginning with our Fall 2024 session, choir and community members can nominate pieces honoring different voices and perspectives in choral music. FCC leadership will evaluate all submissions to determine if they are a good fit for an upcoming concert or outreach event.

Evaluation criteria will include performance theme, existing FCC catalogue, availability of performers and/or composer, music cost, and other considerations.

All pieces are available for sponsorship. DEIA music project pieces are denoted by an asterisk (*) before the song name.
